robocall claimed that because of a recent purchase I made I had received 250 travel dollars plus a round trip 7day trip to Cancun and 7 day trip to Florida. When I pushed the button to get a human to get them to remove me from their lists, a moron came on the line with a bad accent saying they did not want to talk to anyone, then they hung up.

This collection agency is a front operation primarily for the notorious Capital One. There is evidence that Cap1 may be parent company of ARS. For cardholders -- many of whom got fed up with: the jacked up interest rates even if payments received on time; soldiers deployed to Iraq believing Cap1 would make a record of their unavailability promising to retain their accounts "current"; indexed fees and made changes to consumers' agreements when clicking "I Accept" under the fine print terms of service required in order for cardholders to make online payments.

These people are ridiculous and hung up on me! Very unprofessional.

They called my job about a loan a few months back I cursed them out and today I got another call from another foreign person talking about I need to contact them as soon as possible or it will turn out to be bad for me! My solution to that is I will sue the hell out of them for harrassment because if I do owe any loans out there I definatly put it in my bankruptcy! So therefore they need to loose my number! Because I will find them. out for who they really are!

They leave a message that says they are a card holder service company and are offering me to lower my rates, then when I punch in #9 to talk to them, they disconnect. It's a scam.

I received a call from this company about a legal case against me. Wouldnt give any info on dates or what company this debt or uncollected loan was for. He just said "cash advance" said I could pay $490 or they will move forward with legal action. When i wouldnt pay he said they will take that as I will take my chances in court, and disconnected. Then I attempted to call back and it was busy. He called back with a message on my voicemail that he'd give me one last chance to pay if not they will inform everyone I'm a criminal, my manager and dept of work and so on (psyco)........clearly they're just trying to get payment.

This Indian guy called me from this number, saying he was with a law firm trying to collect on a dept I owed. I asked alot of question like WHO, WHAT ,WHEN AND WHERE. These people had my phone number, email address, social. These people need to be punished in a court of law. How do I go about doing so??????
